I have been a part of the additive manufacturing (3D printing) community and now profession for the last 8 years. Through that tenure I have worked with a large format 3D printing startup, conducted research with bioprinting technologies at a collegiate level, and now work professionally developing additive manufacturing as a lean production process utilizing both direct laser metal sintering (DLMS) and multi jet fusion technologies (MJF). Along the way I have worked with many startups and small businesses to help them get their ideas off the ground utilizing lower cost technologies for rapid prototyping.
